Why Choose Our Evaporative Condenser
Working Principle
The evaporative condenser uses water and air as the cooling medium to condense high-temperature refrigerant inside the coil.
During operation, the refrigerant releases heat through the coil while water is evenly distributed over the coil surface. The axial fan accelerates airflow, enhancing heat exchange efficiency. Part of the cooling water evaporates and removes a large amount of heat through latent heat transfer, allowing the refrigerant to condense efficiently.
The water eliminator helps reduce water loss and returns intercepted water to the collection basin for continuous circulation.
FAQ:
Q1: What is the difference between cross-flow and counter-flow designs?
A: Cross-flow and counter-flow refer to different airflow and water flow patterns. The suitable type depends on local climate conditions and project requirements.
Q2: What are the advantages of an evaporative condenser?
A: It offers higher cooling efficiency and lower energy consumption by combining water and air cooling.
Q3: Is the system energy efficient?
A: Yes, evaporative cooling removes a large amount of heat with lower power consumption compared to traditional air-cooled systems.
Q4: How is water consumption controlled?
A: The system uses a water recirculation design with a float valve to automatically replenish evaporated water and minimize waste.
Q5: Is installation complicated?
A: No. The system is designed for easy integration into industrial refrigeration setups.
Q6: Is it suitable for different climates?
A: Yes, both cross-flow and counter-flow designs are available to match various environmental conditions.
Q7: Does it require frequent maintenance?
A: The system is designed for stable operation with efficient water distribution and reduced maintenance needs.
